the link works but the pic is horrible. ....

when your cam gears are aligned your crank pulley mark (in red) should line up with the "TDC" mark on the timing belt cover.(in green)

And when it's like that, your cam gear imprints should line up perfectly in the center of their bolts.

So some where on the outter part of the crank pully their should be a mark. That weard cuz i can't see any (the pully has a chunk missing out of it so i wonder if that were the mark was. Just to make sure, is the mark on the outter edge of the pully?

One more question non related to topic. How do u post a pic on the thread instead of me putting a link to another page.

yes there is a notch on the outer too. It can be very hard to find by sight, easier to feel for it. Once you find it a little white out will help it stand out.

To your other question, you put the link between the two tags the Img button at the top gives you. Don't bother trying to link that one though. Imagestation wont let you do that.

You can't hotlink direct from your computer. You need to upload it to a host website first. One that allows hotlinking.

BTW don't forget that to get all your marks to line up together and the cam dowel pins up, you may need to rotate crank up to 6 times.

With 550's in it will run fairly well without SAFC if you use a K&N filter and  remove your lower MAF honeycomb and back out the screw. If you're also turning up the boost, you may need more of a hack to the MAF or the SAFC. Either way you should get it datalogged soon after to make sure you are not in harms way.

Theory behind:
Since the ECU cannot detect the 550's thus adding more fuel than required, you must supply more undetected air to compensate.

i have my cam sensor turned as far as it can go (with the ground wire connected) and i am at arroung 15 degress BTDC. I turn the can sensor the other way and it goes off even more (like 20 degress BTDC and that dosen't even show on the timming cover). Like i said i checked my marks and those r still perfect (more pics posted http://www.imagestation.com/album/pictures.html?id=2131528052) y can't i adjust it any more

The timing marks all appear to be ok. But what I have seen before on a car that had skipped timing and been repaired, but was still having timing issues, was the dowel pin on one of the cams was sheared. It looked totaly fine until you pulled off the cam gear. I beleive that was one of Mr. Raskas cams.

Also have you grounded the ecu so that it is not advancing the timeing?  Unless i have missed something in the earlyer threads.
