t-28 and big16 arnt they different? i was wondering bout the big16 because i might pick one up. also im willing to run it at low boost until i can get the supporting mods i was just wondering if the stock BOV is a supporting mod that would help get the potential out of it or if it is mandatory when you change the turbo

let's say it's mandatory when you change your stock air intake and stock exhaust...so putting in a big turbo with a plastic bov that's softer than a barbie dolls head will get you nowhere.
and a t25 will say, in a wee girlie voice "I am too small, please put me on a D16"

exactly why you should get a T-28 and keep the boost down until you have supporting mods.  You could get an EVO 16g if you got a J pipe as well to adapt it to your intake.  Kinetic can help you with that
