Is this meet still going to happen if there is snow?  It could be a challange to move this many cars through the city in the snow.

But hey, what do I know, I just drove through a ditch to pass someone that was stuck in the snow.

I am in a FWD car, so I will be there even if it snows - hope you AWDers can still make it.  :P

The drive is flat the whole way and the route avoids almost all main city roads but if it is heavy enough snow - we may avoid the "back 40" in Langley and take a more direct route.

If it is tooo much snow (ie retaurant wont be open) - I elect we all see a movie at the theater right there in Richmond where we are meeting :D

This is Vancouver though - more than 4 back to back days of "on the ground" snow  on roads would be like winning the lottery - aint gonna happen.

I'm gonna tentatively say that we are out :(

the Sumas flats can be VERY bad.  I grew up driving in norther Alberta and I have awd, but you can only drive on what you can see.  In the flats between Abby and Chilly, you can't see where the road ends and the ditch begins.  All is fine and then BAM!!!!  And a ditch and a FMIC aren't the best of freinds.  Don't want to have to stay overnite in Abby and miss work on monday.

They are calling for alot of snow and blowing in that area sunday.

Robin, I'll paypal you the money for the Tsunami relief/Canadian Red Cross.  I need your paypal addy tho.

Darryl, sorry man, I can mail you that O2 sensor or you can wait till next meet or borrow one off someone else?
