Aurora 8.5mm's - extra wire??
« on: December 21, 2004, 05:42:59 pm »
Just opened my pack of Aurora 8.5mm plug wires (got a nice price from Burnaby Auto Parts on Edmonds) and noticed a spare wire, both female ends, about a foot long.

Anyone got a clue?

I think the 1.8L has a distributor, so it'd need a coil wire.  I don't know if it shares plug wires with us though.

i had one too. i think its a generic set of wires for the engines that have a dohc setup. my friends 16v jetta had similar if not the same wires, and he needed the coil wire.

I believe we talked about this a few weeks back, and there was a Semper Fi involved from the Burgundy Beast.

They are dumbasses.  Make good wires but figure that talons are Talons.
