Hey, just thought id share some pics of my newly acquired trophies. The tall one was from best in show at high school car show (about 80 cars) from 2003, and the rest are from last summer.
The cup is from best 80's and newer modified at a show in parskville in the summer (about 100 cars).
The two shorter trophies were both 2nd place finishes in the two shoot outs at western speedway.
And the one in the middle is my year end drag racing trophy. I competed in the points series all summer. And ended up finishing in 3rd for my class. It's a pretty cool trophy, its a custom made plaque, its a pic of me raing a trans am. It's a pretty sweet pic too. I remember racing that guy too, he was one of those di hard american muscle type guys. He was pretty fast too, had lots done to the car. We raced a few times, we were close every time, he beat me and I beat him. I thought that was good for me being a 4cyl fwd on such a short track.
I know people like robin are like pffff you should see my collection haha, but i'm a rookie, only had my car for a year and a half, and that was my frist year racing. So i'm pretty proud, bigger and better to come this summer hopefully.
