i'd say,
05 APR 03<-- sunday

    11:30 am at lougheed mall.
            show n shine if we can for 30-45 minutes. wait for late comers

    12:15 pm depart and cruise to capilano, as Ian stated.
            this will probably take 45-60 minutes

    1:15 pm (i don't know any parks in CAP) have a couple drinks handy
           "no drinking and driving" if some people are thinking of that, couple of social drinks, discuss plans of car and all
    and then disband whenever we want.

Yeah, it's a good time...and normally I could make it.  'cause I usually work at 4.30AM and then finish later on.  Maybe I'll be able to get my shift switched.  If I can, you've got #3 :D

so whose going to be actually showing for the meet, as time/place/date is all set?

It'll be the 6th of April - Sunday.  March meet was on Saturday the first, so this one is on Sunday the 6th.

Here's the official plans so far...

11:30am at lougheed mall. (lower parking lot facing sears depot. Same side as where the TT meet was for those of you who were there.) Show 'n shine 30-45 minutes, wait for late comers, take pix, etc.

12:15pm depart and cruise to capilano. (I'm *assuming* we're heading to the susp-bridge park.  Here's a quick an' dirty map... )



1:15pm Park and comment on the tour. Take pics if desired.  Break for food/drinks. Bon voyage.

Capilano suspension bridge area doesn't have much for parking (in groups).  I suggest the Lynn Valley suspension bridge area.  Theres a larger parking lot and the park is free to wander around in.

If someone has a bar-b-que they can bring, maybe we can get some hamburgers and hotdogs a cookin'

now THAT sounds like a sweet-ass plan.  I've got a lil BBQ, but I don't mind bringing it ... it's not the best, but it does the trick :D  I'm totally down with a BBQ ...
