Ok - how about this then? Aug 7th - Sat
We meet at Petcetera at Grandview and Rupert by 11:am (I think it's renfrew)
Cruise to Capilano suspension bridge (not too expensive if you want to cross and cool to go on if you have not before), the dam (photos), then cruise to Alouette lake (nice long park road) for a BBQ dinner near the lake shore? (they have bbq stands and tables)

This gives members a chance to see some places they may not yet have been, several stop points, a nice cruise - and food for me  :wink:

im half in...ill meet at petcetra but i cant go for the cruise

but allouette lake, garibaldi mountain, golden ears park....all the same thing and its an awesome park but im not sure about saturdays but i know on sundays it gets CRAZY packed and they even sometimes close off the parking lots because they are full, not sure how youd look into that but just a heads up

It's Rupert and Grandview.  And the petcetera lot is small.  Superstore is right across from Petcetera and has a much bigger parking lot.

Sorry, I cut/pasted Marty's idea post, and I thought I'd been VERY clear about when the meets were.


OKay, let's do the superstore parking lot at 11--I'd say later, but the way out to Golden Ears is a fairly long drive.
