That first one is my bay and me walking away. I like the one of me sleeping at the tree on my last run against that red Cavi.   (for those not there, yes of course I still smoked him) his reaction on that run was 0.2xx faster and that's what the pic shows. One of the other pics show me getting eaten by a black Stang (almost full second faster)

I just got in from tuning with Mike. It went well. I think his car is finally right.

Good pics Dan. I'll post mine up tomorrow hopfully.

The tuning I think finally worked this time hahah. I say I think because there is still a bit of knock, but under 5 counts.  If the car was running like it is now I woulda raced too.
Theres always next time though.

I didn't get home till 1:30am and that was with me goin 140 the whole way home.

It was a wicked meet, but I think it was just too long of a day, and alot of driving, I used almost 2 full tanks.  I was running insanely rich for teh whole trip though, but still, at gas prices now thats like 80 bucks in gas for one day.

The weather held out all day for us, with a few nice periods while driving and at parksville beach.  The races were awesome, everyone did really well.  Seeing that old ford do a wheeli of the line was priceless.

I would have put up more but I had to create more webspace on shaw just to host these. Stupid Shaw, I wish they would just give me access to all 70mb and not make me piss around.

Thant same Stang tuned me pretty good too. He was running slicks and definately wasn't a stock 5.0. He said he had just thrown in a new motor but didn't give details. He was a real nice guy though. Gave lots of good advice on track rules and etiquette to us noobs. I liked it when Eric showed off the big brakes by taking the short turn-off and the announcer warned the rest of us not to attempt that

[EDIT] I just added a few more pics after fighting Shaw for more BW.   screw them and their rules!

I really like the one of Lemon's car with Megan (sp?) peeking and my car reflecting in his. Hard to tel we are going 125kph
I also put up pics of my slips in the Race Pit forum. Not that they're good or anything
