Just got my safc2 installed in my 2g, but i dont have a logger yet so i think i'll just leave the settings for now. Do i need a logger and a EGT to tune with or will i be fine with just gettin  a logger?

not totally sure on this but I think a logger is good enough... EGT is good to tell you if your running lean or rich... but a logger can do everything

And EGT is good to cross reference back in relation to logged parameters. It can confirm conditions but personally I would not use it by itself.

What sort of mods do you have that require "tuning" . Maybe a quick trip to Mr Foos house of speed for a rip around the block with his wideband (or Kinetics wideband) is all you need for now, he can set you up rather fast.
