Ah man the rebuilt alternator I got just gone downhill. I noticed dim dash lights and when i tested under load, only 12 volts. So this means just a bad rebuilt right? Gonna get another one tomorrow. Oh the belts were all tighten correctly and all connectors were inserted properly.

Check you battery and battery connections. My alarm quit working and I was getting dim dash lights. I had to take a hammer and tap the negative terminal in. Once I did it was as good as new. :D

Ya I had to reset my ecu but unskrewing the negative terminal when I was getting the potentiometer to work after a 6 bolt swap, I had loosed the connection. Make sure they are secure after that the big boys will have more infor on the alternator.
