Browsing through my computer, found some pics of a car with a jet engine in it  :shock:









this thing has a jet engine in it and blasts through the 1/4 mile in 6 seconds FLAT!

The turbine spins and something crazy like 20,000 RPM at idle!



Jay's truck from Mopac.... made out of 100% carbon fiber... fastest run at mission from the summer.... 6.47 @ 280mph!!!!!!!

one time at the track when he ran 7.20 or something at the top end of the track he blew both his doors right off the truck!

I think they're mostly just for demonstation and show, except for the occasional jet car race day.

lol... those pics were taken at Budweiser Park in Alberta.... and it was racing 5 and 6 second funny cars  :shock:
