radiator cap question
« on: May 30, 2014, 02:07:20 pm »
Just a quickie question..I'm loosing coolant from my reservoir, a quick glace at my radiator cap says 0.9 on the side....that's a stock cap right? And to have it replaced how much pressure should I be wanting to hold down?

That would be awesome!!  :). Could you mail it to chetwynd ? I could pay the postage :)

Also upon a further inspection my rad hose has a small leak close to the clamp on the rad cap side. Ez fix. But that rad cap would be super awesome to replace. :)

Rad caps are cheap. Around 5-10 bucks from lordco or napa. Not even worth shipping one.

Stant or sankei makes good ones. .9bar is equal to 13 psi, and yes. That is stock.
