Mission Street Legal - August 31st

Am going and racing on my 2g with other buddies as well. Anyone going? It's going to be sunny. Last year it was a shitty September, rain :(.

Yea I wanna go. Where should I buy a helmet from?
6 bolt short block (.02 over evo9 pistons). Straight cut oil pump gears. Ported 2g head and manifolds, GSC S1 cams(adjustable gears), undercut SS valves, bronze guides, Manley springs. Fp's Big T28, stock 02 into 2.5 downpipe, 3" from the flex section back. Apex'i N1 muffler. ETS fmic. 1g bov. 1g throttle body. 255lph pump. 660cc injectors. AFPR. SD on Link V3. 345 ft lbs 345 hp.

i might be able to make it out to watch!  the clutch in my white colt wont handle the track...  need new one soon! haha

I picked up a Haltech PS2000 ecu and it needs wiring and tuning.
So I will be a no go until thats done - which probably means ill miss this season :(

Well it's a disappointing night, I couldn't break 100mph and 13's
Here's my timeslip:
R/T = .223
60" = 1.454
330 = 5.549
1/8 = 8.892
mph = 73.45
1000 =11.767
1/4 = 14.138
mph = 96.05

The car just falls in its face as soon as i hit over 5500 rpm. My buddy Laurence did 12.6 on his big16g. Thanks Kevin and Matt for coming out.

What a wicked 60 foot time though, Paul!  Lot's of ET potential there.  You must be good with your clutch release and your 2 step set up.  Sticky launch pad last night?

Ps...a guy that worked at Forcefed Performance was out with us last night in his 1ga fwd that was pulling 120mph poor guy couldn't hook up though.

My 2 step is set to 4500 and little bit of clutch slip on act 2100 with sprung disk. I guess next mod will be methanol and speed density.

Oh damn, Matt. Did u fixed it yet? Oh yeah the Forcefed guy was Brent i think and he didn't know about BCDSM.

Yey! Finally got into 13's and 100mph. It was open class again. I did a 13.8 @ 100.68mph. I still need more practice to be consistent 13's.

Yeah, I just changed the spark plugs. It's fun racing against the big boy muscle cars. Took down a stock shelby gt500.....well not really he's got a shitty launch and spinning tires on all gears. Must be faster if he can get traction...oh well a win is a win. I'll take it. ;D ;D ;D ;D.
