Nice improvement.
Now you just need to buy my 550's,255 pump, fpr and safc1. $300. You would be styling. Oh wait your a 99 you don't need tha safc. $280 this is cheaper than I am asking for the parts but I am curious to see how much power you get as it looks like you would have it tuned again and post the graph.

Thanks for the offer - that's a good price. Yes, the bigger injectors and fuel pump are probably the next step, though I'm not sure if I really need that. From the very beginning I was not aiming for as much power as possible. Low to middle RPM range is more important to me, and I'm not sure if the injectors upgrade will improve that area much. Besides with all those unexpected fixes I'm already several times over my original budget. :(

I find it easy just to downshift if I need moar powa.
If you hit full boost at 4000rpm and its 14lbs and you hit full boost at 4000rpm at 20lbs what do you think will give you more "midrange" power?

The torque is noticeably better now. Hopefully the gas mileage will improve too.
Filled up today, and calculated the consumption. It's 11L/100km mixed hwy/city - my new record low! Much better than 18L I had the last time, or my average 14-15L. And still no CEL after 500+kms. The bad mileage was definitely caused by the faulty O2 sensor.

I bought my dsm bone stock and planned on doing just a few upgrades.  Funny thing, I always seem to be just a few more upgrades from my goal. LOL
