Nice gains!

Some more tuning after a clutch upgrade should help.

Ask the same questions to the guys at racing greed. They wont steer you wrong. If you dont make power there, then there is good reason. Sucks that your clutch was slipping. Nobody likes to waste time on the dyno..
337awhp.  ---> 500 awhp ? =)

Replacing parts since early 2010.

Yeah. The curves properly rise now as they should. :)
The original torque drop after 3500 rpm was not right at all.

Some more tuning after a clutch upgrade should help.
Hope so.

By the way, what clutch should I get? I guess for my mild torque increase a new OEM or some "OEM replacement" would be enough, but if I'm replacing it anyway, I should probably upgrade it and get some room to grow.
Would ACT 2100 be a good choice for a street car?

Yes, I'll ask them of course. I guess I'll have to see them again pretty soon. :)

Yeah, this was not expected. :(

Act 2100 is a good choice.  We have some good threads on clutch choices.

+1 on ACT 2100. I got ACT 2100 with 6-puck sprung disc. Did so many launches with it and still holds up. I've had it for almost 3 years now.

What fuel consumption is supposed to be after my turbo&exhaust upgrade with 200+ awhp?
My latest fill-up gave me the number of 18.2L/100km. Yes, I was playing with these my new toys, and pushed the gas pedal down quite frequently, but it still seems a bit too high for this kind of power. I got the CEL on again (the same error code P0170 Fuel trim as before) - apparently there is still some issue there. Also found a black sooty spot on the wall where my exhaust points when the car is parked.
Sounds like it's running rich again... :-\

my avg @ 300awhp was 9l/100km highway 11l100km mixed city and highway.. definitely could use a tune.

Turbo upgrade's need to come with fuel upgrades. A higher flowing turbo on stock injectors won't make your car faster.
6 bolt short block (.02 over evo9 pistons). Straight cut oil pump gears. Ported 2g head and manifolds, GSC S1 cams(adjustable gears), undercut SS valves, bronze guides, Manley springs. Fp's Big T28, stock 02 into 2.5 downpipe, 3" from the flex section back. Apex'i N1 muffler. ETS fmic. 1g bov. 1g throttle body. 255lph pump. 660cc injectors. AFPR. SD on Link V3. 345 ft lbs 345 hp.

It's done!
Unfortunately in addition to the new clutch I needed a new water pump, and a new O2 sensor, but now all those issues are fixed, and finally RG could tune it.
The final result looks much better: 206 awhp / 200 ft-lbs.

Apparently the torque loss at the lower RPMs and the bad fuel consumption with P0170 error code were due to the faulty O2 sensor.
The torque is noticeably better now. Hopefully the gas mileage will improve too.

There is now just one thing: I have to learn how to drive manual again. :)
This ACT clutch bites like crazy! I already stalled the car a couple times, now got a bit better, but it still jumps when I start moving or switch to the 2nd. :D I guess I have to be even more gentle when releasing the pedal. Does the clutch grip become softer after the break-in period or will it stay like this?

Congrats, area under the curve improved a lot.

The clutch will improve once it breaks in.

DSM bolt on 50trim never fails to impress.  430+whp on a stock 7.8:1cr engine, pump gas with only a single AEM meth jet.  I think this turbo only costs $660, and has the small 3" inlet, 2" outlet compressor cover.

90 Talon AWD, 11.40 @ 123 ~ 10 years ago.  Currently in storage.

Thanks. Yes, looks like even under 3000 RPM it's now a bit better than was before the upgrade, and definitely much better than right after the upgrade without a proper tune and with that O2 issue.
I just couldn't fully feel it yet with this crazy clutch. :)
Have to drive more! ;D

The clutch will improve once it breaks in.
Good to know. But I have to be careful with it now for several hundred miles.
