I think it's my Waterpump just looking to confirm.

Yikes! Does that continue if you rev the engine up or go away if not at idle?

There's only two times that my car sounded anything like that:
- When my timing belt tensioner went (although it was quieter than that...)
- and when the wrist pin detached itself from my piston... shortly thereafter rod decided it wanted to see sunlight VERY badly.

Times when my car did not sound like that:
- Any other normal day.
- When my water pump was on it's way out, after it was out, and after it was replaced.

When my water pump went the only thing it did was try and overheat. Hope someone else is more helpful... but I wouldn't run it like that!

If I rev it up it goes away. It only makes this sound when cold.
I don't drive my car. I just start it once every couple monthes and let it run for 10 min.

stuck lash adjuster?
my car made the same noise  and only when cold.  exact scenario.
hard to spot the sound thru video
Oil pressure rises when you rev the motor, filling the last adjusters and eliminating the noise.
Also the oil moves better and fills the lifters better when the engine warms up.

Could also possibly be a bad tensioner.

The hydraulic tensioner went in mine last year - here's what that sounded like:

Does it go away when you put the clutch in? Doesn't sound like it's coming from the timing side. First step would be to rule out the transmission, clutch or flywheel bolts. Doesn't really sound like the last but maybe check to be sure. Hard to tell from the vid, it sounds like it's got a double-knock to it... But weird that it goes away when warm! Second step get a chunk of heater hose or a stethoscope to find out where it's actually coming from for sure. Could be a water pump pulley, basically check everything that spins. Haha.

(P.S. - Mitch says get rid of the exhaust leaks so you can hear the noise better)

Wait... wasn't paying enough attention to the video.

Doesn't sound like it's coming from the tbelt side of the motor?
Another thing that doesn't say tensioner is that it's not consistent enough. Mine sounded almost like a bad lifter it was so spot-on for rhythm/timing. This sound... not so much.

Have you taken the access plate off of the bell housing?

I'd start with the simplest things first and see if there's anything loose kicking around in there. Go through the access plate (Trying to remember if you have to pull the tcase before you do) and then also through the clutch slave boot.

sounds like internal noise in the tranny.  Push the clutch in and see if the noise goes away.

It could be the clutch release bearing if it goes away when the clutch is pushed in. I had one that used to rattle pretty bad until you pressed the clutch in.

I had a rocker fall off once and it sounded kind of like that. Definitely didn't go away when warm though.
