6 Puck vs 4 puck Clutch ?

whats the difference between 4 puck and 6 puck clutch, how sticky is it? , difficult if daily driving in city?, what if your using a short shiter, im driving a 94 Talon 2L

any info on these would be great also i was thinking how much a diffrence it will be going to stage 2/3 from stock?

U have a NA car. Unless u have turbo'd it stick with stock and save your $

It will just get jumpy with a 6 or a 4. I've driven both with a lot of pier behind them and the difrance is how Long they last lol

Why on earth would you ever put a 4 or 6 puck clutch into a non-turbo?

If you want cheap, go stock.

no need for an any puck clutch on your car as its been said.

I have well over 300 wheel hp on a Mustang AWD dyno and I have a disc (not puck) clutch.

You should choose your clutch and flywheel based on your target power level. Stronger clutches cost more and/or create drivability concerns, so you should choose the lowest level clutch that will work at your power level:
1) Up to 275HP AWD or up to 300HP FWD: OEM factory clutch from Mitsubishi (the dealer). Cheap autoparts store or ebay clutch is NOT recommended.
2) Up to 300HP AWD or up to 350HP FWD: ACT 2100 with street disk and XACT flywheel. Good enough for low 13 second passes at the drag strip.
3) Up to 450HP AWD or FWD: ACT 2600 with street disk and XACT flywheel. Good enough for 11 second passes at the drag strip.
4) Up to 500HP AWD or FWD: ACT 2600-2900 with 4-puck solid hub disk and XACT flywheel. Good enough for 9 second passes at the drag strip.
5) Over 500HP AWD or FWD: ACT 2900 with 4-puck solid hub disk.

I would also add CFDF for up to 375 awhp and street driven. 

And I would add that the Rhinopac jobber clutches work fine for the stage 1 cars.

Also there are some Fidanza setups that have been proven to work.

however, again, the OPs car is an N/T car, with almost no torque to speak of.  it needs nothing above stock and the only thing that will suffer if he goes with anything bigger is his wallet.  He will also suffer the downfalls of the fancy clutch such as crappy driving in traffic, harder pressure, chatter, stalling, etc.
