Matt, yes thats the basic upgrade.
There is a kit that replaces the intake manifold, the injectors and some other parts. This gives you a real multiport setup. I was wondering if you'd gone that way.
The one you did is just fine and way better than the original crap. We may be doing one at work soon. We did the reguator because it was leaking and told them it would be better if we did the whole spider but its more money so they decided to try just the regulator. it runs smoothly now and its not leaking out the regulator, but the trims are still off.
