If its questionable DO NOT RUN WITH IT, just take it off.
If you shut down the track for an hour while they pickup pieces of carbon hood, no one will like you anymore :D

Might come out tomorrow if tuning goes well.

Have a feeling I won't pass tech, hopefully I get a lazy tech guy. I'm not draining my fkn coolant...

im pretty sure your allowed to run coolant as long as you have a "closed" cooling system with a proper overflow tank.

The "no coolant" rule is really only appliciple for tech if your car has a old school "open" system where there is no overflow tank.

Also dont remind Ryan about having just water in his cooling system!!

I might end up making it out with the family and the turbo geo again.

Yeah they have never looked at any of my cars because they had catch cans. Even the black car with a hacked together catch system was allowed .

You better come now Brett, don't stand us up now!

its a stupid rule about the coolant.  its just a year thing.  like newer than 05 or something.  stupidly setup rule.  any year can have an open or closed system.

and yea, put some coolant in it once it shows some frost in the am or you will regret it.

For the coolant thing its 95 or newer.

Anyway, pretty fun night. They shut down the track four times (3 oils, one broken axle on a Plymouth voyager!)
I learned that I have a lot to learn about launching a big v8 car. Only good run I had was only 15.6 at 88. It has a 14 in it, with a better driver.

Brett got a 14 in the geo! so cool.
