to know for sure, jack up the offending corner, remove wheel
push on pedal. try to rotate rotor(wheel is off) if it sticks, crack bleeder screw. If lots comes out and now it rotates freely it was sticking in the piston.
if it didn't free up, push the pedal again to make sure its still stuck fully. Then crack the line loose at the first attachment point on the strut bracket. If it frees up, its in that lower soft line. If not push the pedal again and crack it loose on the second attachment point.
Each time you crack it loose you are releasing the pressure at a different point, eliminating anything upstream of that point.
