1ga peeling dash....

Dash is peeling above glove box - as it seems to do on most of these cars.  Has anyone successfully fixed this?  Method?

I've been searching online and what I have found so far has not been encouraging...

mine is slightly.  ide try fast dry 2-part epoxy.

  I was considering a permanent fix for this problem by making an aluminum plate that would go along the bottom of the dash pad and then following the curve up the right hand side.  Maybe they would have a BCDSM cut out like those spark plug cable covers I was checking out in another thread.  It would be screwed or riveted on..  I'll try and do a sketchup of it later.

or gorrilla glue it and tape it flat...... but its hard cuz it runs..   jordan is probably right... a 2 part epoxy might be your only choice besides getting a used dash...

I have recently had this problem starting, boo urns...

I think glue but with a small half inch wide lip on the bottom screwed to something solid.  In black so it fades away.

LOL I just gave a MINT dash away. Literally factory new.

And I thank you very much......    it has yet to be installed though.  Anyhow, this is what I had in mind.    My sketchup skills need some work but I think you'll get the idea. 



Now I just need someone with a cnc machine.
