Tony officially rules... But I'm goin' to Tsawwassen!

I might end up coming over to Van on Saturday instead. Karting and good chinese food come to mind. I won't know for a week or so if this plan will work, but I'm anxious to figure it out.

I don't really want to delay the whole day on account of just me. I think most of our other Island guys have either gotten out of it or are away right now. That said, if 0900 were the leave time from BCIT rather than 0845, I'm pretty sure I could make it.

Also, how are the roads on the route? I was thinking I might drop the coils to the ground...

Getting on and off the ferry will be a PITA. That would be your biggest issue.

Ok, I no longer rule - Tsawwassen is at the lower portion (map-wise) of Vancouver.

If you come out Saturday, then I could take you to some good Dim Sum (lunch) places (the really good ones have dirty floors, where servers shout at the top of their lungs and the places are packed.  Oh, and you'll be the only "Kwai Low" there, but who cares?).  However, by dinner time, I have to go meet my family for my brother's birthday dinner (he loves East Indian food, so we'll be sweating up a storm from all those spices).

As for Saturday's evening entertainment, I no longer qualify for club hopping on the Granville entertainment area.  I spent too many wasted years down there and have become jaded with the whole scene.  But I'm into hitting the Number 5 Orange or Brandie's if you are!

hahaha,,

So we are changing the meet time this year forward a bit to help out cam and any other islanders over to the mainland with some time to spare this will also allow any people from the interior to have a bit of extra time.  I remember days of living up in kamloops and getting up at 4am to make the meet in time lol.

Meet time will now be 9:00 - 9:30 at BCIT parking lot....  we wanna try and get out at 9:30... or 9:45 at the latest...

So this will move the meet time at harrison ahead a hour as well.  I figure ill get this out there asap so if anyone needs to adjust there schedule.

PM me if you have any questions!

I CANT WAIT!! WOOOOHOOO!!

very cool!!  I'm game for waiting 15 min for Cam.

Cam needs a few of our phone numbers and vice versa so we can communicate.

Cam, don't set it up for "Smooth tarmac" because some of the bestest roads on the 'tour are a bit on the bumpy side.  I raised my car about 1/4" due to a very minor scraping on the cat.  And its not super in the weeds low, but its definately lower than stock.

mkay, no frame-bang-gang low for me. Ferries, as pointed out, would be a PITA.

I'll see if I might be able to steal some FRS radios from my club, I might be able to leverage a half dozen for the day.

Thanks for moving the meet back! I've got a friend in North Van I still might pay a visit to on Saturday, if things happen to work out.

(I guess this means I'd better get the car ship-shape for the meet!)

mmkay, so I have got access to all the radio we'll ever need, courtesy of the Victoria Motorsports Club.

I'll also bring all the BCDSM stuff I have - Some water bottles, pens, and club decals.
