Shoulda got the fronts too, I had them done on my red 2gb tsi it makes it look slick with all black top and red on bottom

yea no kididng! I've asked a few cops in town about front window tint and it's about a 60\40 split. 60% saying they don't care as long as they can see there is a person in the car, or you roll it down fully if they pull you over. 40% saying NO!

Now it's that 40% that's not going to believe you that Officer So and So said that your window tint was fine when clearly it is illegal. One thing I REALLY want to do. But I know for a fact, with my luck, I'll get pulled over and have to go for an inspection. WAY to much work for that bling factor in my opinion.

one of my old cars had tinted front windows. but it wasn't like 5% or anything stupid like that. but it was just enough so that when you took pics of it you couldn't see through the car, which is all i really wanted. i got pulled over for something other than that once and not even thinking, i didn't roll it down all the way. the cop asked me "by the way, are your front windows tinted?" i simply said without hesitation "nono it's privacy glass. it was an executive package option for the car. so do you still need my license?" and he just walked away without thinking twice about it. suckers...

haha like the privacy window idea if you really wanted to it theres only two places in canada calgary and montreal and they dip your windows in some acid or somthing making them smoked but veryy exspensive like somthing around 2000$ a friend telling that
