Smoked my tail lights.

What you guys think?
They look incredibly black, but the lights still do show through at about 75% brightness.

Thanks mang!  ;D I think it looks super heat scorish...but fuck it, I ain't sked of the Po-Leese!

I spray called night shades...was really hard to find. Even went to the states looking for it all Sunday.
I checked all around the lowermainland on Saturday for it...and no luck. Went to Lordco and they said they didn't carry it. So I went to the states on Sunday. I remembered seeing it at Walmart a few months ago over there, but they don't carry it anymore. Shuck's doesn't have it either.

Then I came back and remembered this part's shop in Poco I used to use when I lived there, I called them and they told me Lordco in Poco has it.

LOL, fuck what a long reply to say what it was and where I got it. hahaha

Lol they carry it at Canadian tire bro, but they're usually sold out.  The brand is VHT, I picked some up two weeks ago.

And btw, killer tail lights, Im probably going to do that on my gsx

I went to three different Canadian Tire's and they all said no, which one did you get it from?

Thanks man! I did the reverse lights too!  ;D

The one on 200th carries it. Don't bother asking if they have it. Employees never know what it is. Go to the spray paint section and look yourself, you'll have a better chance of finding it, not even kidding.

Shit, I guess I just tried the wrong ones. I looked everywhere tho...Lordco, Walmart, KMS, Princess Auto, CDN Tire, more than one location for all. I asked only after searching all related departments. My shitty luck I guess.

Oh well, it's done now.  ;D

Mhmm, well for anyone else trying to find VHT "nightshade", Canadian tire is the only major supplier for the vht brand. I don't believe anyone else carries it. Got the info from VHT's site and "suppliers" link.

Bu I really do like that look, might have to do it to my talon as well. I did the side markers

I did the front lenses on the laser. Looks pretty good in my opinion.

And that stuff is pretty much just a mixture of clear coat and black paint is it not?

Looks good Ryan.  And I agree with you, super heat score in the making.

Thing is, they may even have a point.  Some old lady driving behind you, bright sunny day, sun from behind your car, you hit brakes, get rear ended by a Camry with a sticky gas pedal.
