Kyle, 1/1th of a second in the 60' is good for 2/10ths in the 1/4. So if you can get your 2.11 down to 1.80, that will make your 14.3 become 13.7.
I do a combo of what Jason said and what Chel said. On my car I find that the stutterbox gives too much power and too much wheelspin so I have to rely on my self to do it, but I just get bootfuls of throttle and quickly(but not dropping) let out the clutch. Feel it and do it yourself tho.
This is why I say to work on the driving more. You should be able to get a 13.5 even with a killer launch and good quick shifting. Probably be happy with a 13.7-13.8 tho.
