Some new pics of the Talon

I've been wanting to try and recreate this effect for a long time:

Which is done by using this:

Well I cheated the other night (more like cheated death for my camera):


Yup, that's speaker wire. I was a little unprepared haha. I wasn't planning on doing any car shots that night so the car wasn't even washed :(
I didn't get any pics of the other set ups but they were equally as sketchy, involving wedging it in my sunroof and balancing it on my license plate haha. But I digress, the results:





These last two I was actually going faster (40km/h) on Seymour street dowtown Kamloops. Got some funny looks from people have a tripod sticking out of my sunroof haha.




I really want to build one of those suction cup boom things now to get rid of some of the vibrations to make it cleaner, and maybe actually wash the car beforehand haha. Here's a link to more of my stuff if you wanns check it out: www.flickr.com/photograptor

and i like those shots of the residential school and other ones from around kamloops.  You got some skill with that camera, thats for sure!
