You liked the slammed Omni Maurits! The suspension was from a lowered parts car so I swapped it over from time to time. One strut had no spring! She rode low and turned a few heads hahaha. I miss old bomni as she was so elegantly named.

Haha...reminds me of my '84 Hyundai Pony. Was Deep blue with a baby blue Starsky and Hutch stripe along the side baby!
I had one 15 inch sub in the back with a 1000 watts going to it...whenever I'd see chicks, I play the Pony song by Ginuine.  ;D

I've always wanted to chop the strut towers on my dsm and slam it to the ground and make new control arms etc and make a simple wide body "take a couple hours" like lowell showed and cut away the floor pan and run the Exhaust in a head shielded U grove the ran up the floor pan and out the bumper. replace the rad with a shorter one and replace the fuel tank with a nice fuel cell that is to shape with a slosh tank and another pump from there. and a meth tank. like a really nice track car. then keep it on the track.

I also have looked at all the body and with a couple cuts and some welding and a one off cage to make it work chop the top 3 inches in the front and 2.5 in the rear.  cut away a small V in the A posts and slowly work my way back. I think it would be fun :) almost like a race rat rod minus the rust and horrible handling lol.

Anyways my goal ramble is over. sorry seeing that just made me want to toss it out there

Then google.
Then read old postings about it.
Then ask.

My Omni was bad ass lol, I replaced the cam in it (original cam got chunked) and it seemed to make more power so must have been a little mild, adjusted the base eng timing, MOPAR performance 8mm plug wires, and a cherry bomb glass pack muffler with a 3" boom tube CanTire tip. Did I mention I was cool enough black then say in 2000 to put a Xplod deck, speakers, and 2 12" subs. 8) Oh yeah big baller. Too bad I sold her  :(
