while I applaud the effort on getting a meet going, most times that there is already a meet going, its hard to get a second one going.  Especially if its a bigger one, with people coming from all over the place and even from the States.

Plan one when there isn't one already going, and you will get lots of interest.

k i did this so i can try and set one up ORRRR find out when and where the next oen would be, i no its hard to set up when theres a big one already gona happen

Brandon, first why dont you get in contact with the events coordinators. Jason Gilbert and Mark Guthrie and see if they can offer some assistance.

You will find that having meets back to back will not give allot of attendance.
Maybe you guys should be looking at a October/Fall/Harvest Meet. 

If you are really wanting to meet other members then Brett's would be the one to go too.
