wait till you get the exhaust done first, no use racing it now

make sure your car is in good shape, has a hold down for the battery, nothing is loose, wheel studs are long enough, you have a helmet etc.

And drain your coolant and run water and water wetter or you can't run

30$ to race.

Bring liquids, cuz it gets hot out there.

Also, you can wear a T-Shirt aslong as you have pants and shoes.
Helmets are required if going faster then 14.0

Unless your me and you havent been caught going faster yet, lol!

nope, gutted is fine, lots of the real fast cars are.

As for tshirts, yes they let you,(unless you are 11.49 or better, then you need a fireproof jacket and shoes) but its in the rules that you need long sleeve shirts to race.

I did a 14.3 @ 99mph in my friends prelude.

Didn't race my car though. Got to race the Colt :D

I won, I don't care what you say about slipping clutchs, hahaha... jk. Sucks when it happens.

hahhaha  yeah you got me, fuckin honduh!!.  And yes,  im going to blame it on my clutch. I  Looked at my dataloggs.  I never even hit WOt.  DAMN FUCKING EBAY CLUTCH!! DAMN IT TO HELL AHAH  I ran a 16.5 on that race.  i gave up half way down the track due to the slippy clutch.  I knew i shouldn't have tried to burn out b4 i lined up.

oh well i did get one good run in.  Did a new personal best of

13.491 @ 105.32MPH w/ 2.229 60'

I imagine if i can hook it up and pull a 2.0 60' and shift the same as i did 13.0 or 12.9 would be possible!  I sure wish i could have a good clutch and be able to run full boost and disconnect my exhuast.

I did lay down some smack on a certain 3.4L swapped Cavilier on NOS tho, granted it wasn't running right. ;)  I raced micheal in his White 99' GSX and my clutch fooked up there too.  He beat me as well  *cry* *cry* No more burnouts for me i guess till i can get a good tranny/flywheel/clutch in there.

Im still happy tho with my 13.4

13.4 is plenty potent.  Corvettes will be wondering WTF just happened!!

with a 105mph trap you will need a 1.8 second 60' time to run 12's tho.  But a good solid 13.2 or so should be doable with that trap speed.

Yeah, i am for sure happy with that time, but i know with my setup, even with the shitty clutch it has more in it.  I see what u mean about 12's being not possible yet.  I need that new tranny and clutch and then i can put more boost.

Poor little 14b is getting a workout.  Its definalty going to make 12's!!  14b FTW!

I forgot that i still havn't put on my extra free parts i have lying around.

Evo III 16G 7cm turbine housing and ported 2G o2 housing will be going on asap!  along with a new downpipe.  Im thinking either getting a custom made one or going with the megan racing 3" SS downpipe.  My friend bought one for his 89 colt GT and the quality was very nice.

I had a great time out there, raced the eclipse for the first time. My weight was around 3300 pounds. thought i would give it a try with those heavy rims and that massive system in the trunk  :-[

I was not disappointed in my times at all, there is lots of things i have to do still, Its a very good start

race one
60 foot: 1.903
1/4 mile: 14.298

race two
60 foot: 1.876
1/4 mile: 14.176
