Shawn, have you seen the white 1G at Bouman Motors on Bowen Rd.? I haven't looked at it but have seen it there.

Dan, I think if a few of us volenteered to bring a few items it would make it easier. If we all brought our own burgers it would be a PITA for whoever is at the grill.

I am thinking if some of us can volenteer to bring some of the following:

1) Big ass Costco box of burgers and bag-o-buns
2) Associated burger condiments (Ketchup, Mustard Mayo, Relish, lettuce, Etc.)
3) A few bags of chips
4) Some deli salads
5) Pop and/or juice
6) One of you poor suckers with restaurant experience can maybe do the grill work?

I think if we split it up like this then nobody will need to bear too much of the cost and we won't all duplicate and create the confusion of who's is who's. I like the "if it isn't moving or on sombody elses plate, eat it" approach to group BBQ's. It tends to make it more comfortable.

This is just one Idea though. If you have another, let's hear it.

Oh P.S. I have gotten the day-off booked now. (offer they couldn't refuse)

I'll get the burgers or Pop, whatever Wade doesn't get. I'm guessing we'll need 2-2.5 doz burgers and at least that many pop. That way it should be enough for everybody to have two. Two or three big tubs of salad should be good.

Thanks for steppin up everybody :D  This sure is easier than I thought it would be. It's gonna be a feast

Here is the list, if you are for sure or may be bringing a guest or GF just copy and paste it and add them after your name.

1. Wade Carlson
2. Eric McIntyre
3. Dan Harshey
4. Jeremy Clarke
5. Michael Cummings
6. Matthew Lemon
7. Kevin Jones
8. Lordco Guy ??
9. Shawn Parsons

As for the meet points, here's what I figure so far:
Victoria, Millstream Rd. Payless - leave @ 10:00 --> Ladysmith Safeway - leave @ 11:20 Nanaimo Northfeild/Prkwy lot - leave @ 12:00 --> Courtney ??? --> Mt. Wasington @ 1:45 ? {Times are relative, BE EARLY}

Please ammend list and meets as required
