I am going for sure, I live about 2 and a half hours away from Vic., you guys will have to drive right by the turn off to Cumberland, (aka where i live) so i could meet you there, or i could just meet you guys at the bottom of the mountain.  I am not sure what would be easier.

That's a good point Dan. I'm 25 but the pubs in Nanaimo have been HARDCORE about ID's lately. I went to dinner at this one place and they absolutely would not serve me so much as a glass of water until I went to get my TWO peices of ID from the car.

So with a few of our guys being under 19 we might want to reconsider the BBQ idea.

Wade, you could probably switch cars at every stop if you wanted. I certainly wouldn't mind a passenger.

I know some people who work at the Pub there so we might be able to get in, but then again it's not their choice who they let in. So maybe the BBQ would be a better idea.
And Eric to get to Cumberland you take the same exit as you would to get to Courtenay, except you can either merge right on to a Connecting road to Courtenay, or you go straight to a stop sign and turn left and go under the over pass, keep following that road for like 5min and your there.  Not much to see here, pretty small historic little mining town.  But good enough for a stop i suppose oh ya and to pick me up.

I have a small BBQ but I will be getting those disposable charcoal deals. They won't get my car dirty 8)

As for who is the fastest. It's not me, I have crazy knock. Besides I think we will try to stick togeather on the cruise. Of course I for one am not opposed to a few, shall we say, "spirited moments"

What time do you Vic. guys plan on leaving?? It takes 2 and a half hours to get here, then another 40mins. to get to the top of the mountain. So it might have to be a Lunch/Early Dinner.
