Whats that other shiny plate opposite where the air filter is?  The mirror image(pun) of the air filter box area.

Just cosmetic, hide the HID wiring and a couple of other things

Looks great Andreas!!  Three Canadian AWD Spyders are now confirmed to be up and running.  One would be your sick machine, mine would be the second and third is out here in London, Ontario with a compound turbo setup http://ca.dsm.org/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=341380&fpart=1  Not sure how well it's running though?? 

Have you tracked yours yet?

Thanks! Haven't done much with it yet. Still sorting out small issues and just driving it here and there. Its boosting at 12psi at just over 400whp. Will see what spring and summer brings. I will take it slow with it.

Congrats Andreas!!

I have been watching the build up since 2007.  Kevin at EVOLUTION let me ride shotgun during a testrun and it was a blast. ;D  The motor and tranny sound awesome, and talk about positive gear engagement!!  It seemed like the turbo was just waking up at 7000 rpm.  It is scary to think what it would be like at 9000 rpm and 30 psi!!!

Good choice on the new hood,   ;)
