just some updated pics

fuel system

mock up of the xtrac dogbox transmission

CF doors- fitment was great easy if you use lexan but i am putting all the oem parts on so my windows and everything work so thats about 10 hours a side cause the middle skin is missing that everything mounts on.

Andreas, that looks like an awesome setup you have.  Hopefully one of these days it'll get finished!

I don't mean to poke but that braided fuel line is awfully close to that rubber line.  You may want to consider putting some kind of sleeve on the braided line or it may chew through the rubber.

yeah somethings have been played around and repositioned with the fuel setup since that pic was taken could be one of the reasons why. Hopefully it will be finished before i retire   :o

The carbon fibre... I guess it is just replacing the sheet metal?

no they are full wetlay carbonfiber. "only a shell of CF" about 2 weeks in the making. Very nice, they are not the cheesy CF tape or CF shield that some doors have. If you hold them up to the light they are see through in the weave of the fibers. I think the 1Gs are 12 pounds and the 2Gs 11 pounds with no internals.

The doors are pricey. Having all the stock internals like andreas is doing would match or surpass the price of the door it self. Becouse their only a CF shell.

Then google.
Then read old postings about it.
Then ask.
