Picked her up last night. soo stoked. came home with her and sold the 240sx to the first guy who met me and gave me what i wanted for her. was a good day after all was done :D







Shes a 1999 Chevy Z71 Silverado ext cab, 4x4, fully loaded with leather, 33x275x16 tires, tint all around, billit grill, HID headlights, and a MP3 deck. thing drives like a dream. and finally a vehicle that i don't have to slow down and go sideways over speed bumps lol

And yes i still have the dsm. shes turning into a track car ;)

Looks like it was owned by a city boy prior.. good find.

I had a 99 , keep an eye on the intake manifold gaskets as they tend to let go, that and I went through 2 fuel pumps in 60,000km

other than that I loved the thing and it drove like a car in the city.

yea i was super lucky. got it off a guy who just drove it from Langly or chilliwack to New West everyday. Got it for a awesome deal.

I sold the 240 for $3000 cash. what i asked for. probly could have gotten more but i just didn't have the room for 4 vechiles for myself haha. the new owner is sending it to the body shop to finish the body work and get her painted. even asked what colou i wanted it hehe glad it went to someone whos gonna finsh her.

haha yea its much bigger that a talon or 240. but thats the old owners place. lots of room infront of my house for her :D

Same truck I have for my DD but mines a white 00  best trucks around my dad has an 01 6.0L and it has 500 000 km/s on it same engine but 4 or 5 tranny's later and 3 fuel pumps But hey the engine never quits ( his tranny's go cuz its hyperteched and the shift pressure is up)

Looks like a pavement pounder, go get it dirty.  

We had a '00 3/4 ext like that with the 6L.  Bad fuel mileage but good power, smooth ride.  The trim around the tailgate handle kept busting and there's a recall on the tailgate cables, make sure you've got the new SS ones.

so true, the shop I work at makes a killing on GM fuel pumps its not even funny.
Also the spare tire set up is kinda faulty, it rubs on the frame of the truck and it WILL chew the tire down to the belts in three spots in no time.
If you just stick some foam or something between the frame and rubber youll be fine.
I dont mean to knock your truck Matt its very nice for sure, but just thought id pass that on since Ive seen that alot in the tire shop  :wink:
