btw are you guys planning on just racing for best ET or are we going to do some real street style head to head racing where r/t's count?

I find it boring that most of the people there just care about their timeslip. half the fun is beating the guy next to you. :)

Don't know if I'll be running good times there John, hopefully, but I haven't ran the car ever so we'll have to see.  It's been a while since I've been to the track so don't laugh at me if I screw up the launch and grind every gear down the track.

BTW Troy, I will be racing for my best ET and time.  I want to get a baseline for my car first.

Later, Vlad.
all go, no show!

BAAAAWK!!  buck buck buck :)

hehe, j/k, don't break it, you need to drive it to work.

I'm sure that it will go faster tho.  I'm also sure that your hokey way of plumbing up your factory boost solenoid with your mbc is slowing you down too.

As for you Vlad, your car should be way faster than mine, you've got bigger toys in 3 major areas, and at least 2 minor ones.  As for not having driven in a while, no prob, first nite out I ran a 14.0 with a missed 4th shift and coasting thru the finish.  You'll do fine...

I think us spectators should park across from each other, you wanna go to the end of the track, or where do you guys wanna park?  Near the finishing line, I think that may host 20 of us, heh, if you get there early enough.

I think I'm going to try and make it on the 11th as a spectator,
mine's NT anyway.   Friday sounds like a good time for a roadtrip.
I wanna see what it's all about.

Hey, just because you're NT doesn't mean you shouldn't run.  You might surprise yourself on your first run ;)  But by all means, come on down and make the BC DSM presence stronger.

For those who are comming out, I'll be bringing the Lordco cards with me, just find me and hook up.  If you don't know who I am ... find someone and ask them :)

Cheers

great stuff :)

I just hope it doesn't rain.

A little is ok, as long as we can run.  I prefer the cold air anyway :)

I'm working on getting one, hopefully by then.  If I can pull it off Jovan's will be availiable unless he decides to run or someone else has spoken for it.

Also, when you tech, just say you are going to run mid to low 14's.

If you run a 13.9 or 13.8 they will tell you to get a helmet, but I don't think they are gonna kick ya that night.

On the other hand if you run a 13.2 or something, they are going to insist, or so I hear.

Remember Snell 95 or better.

Dammit, I need one too   (wishfull thinking).  Where can I pick one up for a pretty good price?  I've searched the web for local shops and the price ranges from $150.00 to $1500.00

Later, Vlad.

sounds like an excuse you tell a girlfriend to get out of going to her parents house.  You know he's lying when he says "I have a thing I have to go to"
