hey guys i'm so happy! i have a friend that's trading me a 1993 talon TSI for my 90' laser RS. it's not a bad deal, the tsi is a lil rough on the outside but at least the tsi is standard

here's a pic of my grandfather's ford F350 he hit a moose in. he got out with no scratches, but if he would of had a passenger they would of been dead. the moose went right through the windshield on the passenger side.

Lucky guy.  I do alot of highway travel with work, moose are scary.  They're like a cow on stilts with a head covered in spikes.  In a car you just clean out the legs and they fall on you, in a truck they come thru the windshield.  Scary and potentially deadly either way.

Damn, I'm from Prince George....Moose are like the most deadly animal around. Something like 30 people a year are killed here from hitting moose within city limits or something. They demolish cars. Apparently alot of the time when you clip thier legs, they fly through the winshield and decapatate people.

30 people a year killed in PG? I am from there and lived there for 20 years I have never known anyone to die from hitting a moose, a lot of people have hit them though, especially on University Way.

lol i was just on the bus and it stopped suddenly and there was a big moose by the road lol. suckers are huge. yes my previous quote about people being killed might be off a bit i dunno i heard a statistic somewhere once.... :roll:

Thats why all hicks drive big lifted trucks up there, I should know I had a ranger with a 10 inch lift among others growing up there. A moose would cut the roof and your head right off in a dsm, :oops:  your gramps is lucky, very scary.

my guess, cause i've went on that trip with him before.....i'm guesing somewhere around 100-120kph
in the middle of the night, and on a forest service road.
