Ok a buddy has a source for transmission rebuild kits. Quoted me $299 list price. gotta work out a final but how does that sound so far?

just bearings, syncros, and all new seals

That sounds about right, I will be ready for a rebuild kit in a couple of months, let me know what ya end up going with.

I think a basic rebuild kit only includes the bearings and syncro's. You'd need to order the shim kit as well. Let me know what it comes with when you recieve it.

Thats about $100 less than Tommys discount, with no shims! Great price,
Matt , is this going to be a group buy price or just a go pick it up type thing?
