Well I'm pretty much totally new around here... And to my car. So this is obviously a go for me... Is there a thread about this I should know about? Either way. Let's get some dates and times and stuff set, and I'm all for it.

I sincerely hope that a verteran member organizes the FVT since its a long running tradition for this club even before the clubs initial inception.  I'd hate to see some of the younger punks ruin this event by doing something illegal or attracting cops for some reason or another.

I don't quite understand, what is there to organize?  Matt's route from previous years works nicely.  We all know the two day schedule.  Where's the problem?  The beauty of it having been done before is that we can just do the same thing over as part of the tradition.

I agree.

Run!  It's the ghost of FVT past coming back to haunt us and remind us of how we lost our FVT spirit!  :P

I went on one years ago, I think it was 2003, it was great fun.

I'd love to come to the one this year assuming it's after may 24th, just so I can drive legally in it

as for planning, like Jovan said, we can just use the old route. all it will take is a meeting place, time and date. also, a few months of notice, as I missed the one last year :(

Club members manage this club.

I've posted the request for an Events Coordinator, no-one's stepped up to the plate.

If I wasn't on the Island I would of stepped up to the plate right away, but being here makes it hard to take that position.

I think a shootout Friday night, and the cruise saturday would be the best bet, I have plans to make my virgin run on the FVT weekend....if my tranny lasts until then.

I agree that a mature individual should be organizing things. We want to put on a respectable, responsible and problem free cruise, and keep a good reputation as well.

Here's my vote.

same route as last year, that was a good drive. Maybe end the cruise at mission instead of the hope slide?

June 9th is a street legal friday.
here is the route info from last year.
