Where's that intake manifold from Rob?
Parked: 1989 240sx - Esso 87 octane, Superstore generic 10w30, Japanese automatic climate control, Pioneer AVIC-Z3 navagation, Tien Flex Coilovers, Poly bushings, R34 Brakes (front and rear), Cusco tri-point strut braces (front+rear), 1998 tail lights, rear+side valance, adjustable toe and camber arms, cusco sway bars, helical rear diff, Volk TE37s - For sale!

is that intake manifold any better?

arent longer runners = better momentum = better performance?

I built the manifold and the runners are about 6", They just look short from the angle of the picture.

What the hell does this mean?  Better momentum?

The reason you have differences in intake runner lengths is to tune it for different RPM ranges (hence why F1 teams use variable length intakes, as well as some high end cars).  It's called Helmholtz tuning, I don't feel like giving a long winded explanation on it so you can just search for yourself and find it.  In general, shorter runner lengths will be tuned for higher RPM while longer ones will be tuned for lower RPM.
