But dude,

This noise is LOUD...if I'm in my driveway, you can hear it at the end of the block.

And it squeaks when the car is parked and turned off and when you push it up and down? Could be anything, shocks, springs, cv joints, balljoints.

Just grab a can of WD-40 and start spraying everythying, if you're lucky then it will stop the squeak.
