1Ga foglight blown bulb fix

Ok i know a few others guys have had this problem as do i. Or i did. After examining the fog light for a minuet i came up with this revitively easy fix for a blown bulb. Well here ya go









And as u can tell I am very bord at home. Anyone need some work done just pm me lol

Why not just drill out the screws and replace with new ones.  I did this, added some anti-seze on the bolts and never had a problem.

If you do replace them, I recommend Roberston heads, this way if they do get a little stuck, you will not strip them tring to get them out.

i stripped my scews to the point that i could not get any grip with a screw driver. then i used a socket attatchment screw driver with a one foot extension and they came out no problem. i was so surprised.

I drilled the screws out when the time came to replacing the fog light

They were really rusted beyong regular removal

so what do you do when the plastic screw for foglight height aiming adjustment is stripped out?? just drill it out and replace?

I don't think you have to worry about yours :D

I think the taking the housing apart and trying to replace the screw is your best bet.

I did not think that the screw was plastic.  You may have to rig something up as I do not think you will find a replacement.
