Apex Finishing in Burnaby just off Rumble street, is a very good buisness I would support.  Brian, the owner there is probably one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.  And Ryan, let me know on the intercooler powder coating, I am interested in it as well.

Powder coat an INTERCOOLER?

I know that you know more than what I could ever hope to but--why?

I'll address your question with another question.  Why would you powdercoat anything?

I was thinking of powdercoating some suspension parts. So they don't rust.

I dont think you could even powder coat a intercooler, maybe the end tanks but thats about it. its gonna reduce the efficiency cause its thick and would reduce the cooling effects

I got my powdercoated Mitsubishi valve cover from the States. Can't wait to put that on when I do the cams.

Yeah I don't think Ryan is talking about actually coating the fins and such.  I don't know of any thin enough powder coatings that would not totally mess things up on a air to air intercooler.  I think I'll anodize my piping.

I don't think Brian is the owner but he's a damn nice guy.  Ask him about his Sprite.  He'll talk your ear off
