hey, i have noticed that alot (not all) but alot of you guys have removed the right rad fan, why?

The driver side fan you mean?  It's the airconditioning fan, only cars with AC get it.  Furthermore, it's often in the way of FMIC piping so it gets removed.

ya woops i was thinking looking down on the engine, ya the drivers side.  hmm so the drivers side is the A/C? cause the other one only turns on when i turn my A/C on, well actually they both go on..... gahh i need to fix something now lol

I'd consider that the right side too for an engine bay component because when you look into the bay you stand in front of the car with the hood up, I was just making sure we were talking about the same thing.  for future reference tho maybe use passenger side and driver side to avoid confusion.  

The passenger side fan is the regular rad fan, it should cycle on and off as required by the coolant temperature.  I'm not sure if the AC fan comes on for high coolant temperature or not... it might but I kinda doubt it.  Its main purpose is to keep the evaporator from overheating when the AC is running.

hey eric, i have that ac fan laying around here at my house if you want it. i took it out to see if there was any lower rad support damage.
