hmm, mechanical eh?  I put my autometer electric sender there.  It's a good place to measure just I'd be worried about the proximity of the oil line to the ground and whatnot with a mchanical "sender".  If you think you can protect the line it'd be a good spot.

So i connected my Mechanical Oil pressure gauge (AUTOMETER) to where the electronic oil sender was. At idle my oil pressure (At normal operating temp) it sit just under the -20 line and at arrond 4000RPM it is past the -80 line. So what do u guys think (dose that sound about right)

-20, -80??

At idle I see about 15 psi, about 55 psi at 3200 rpm cruise and nearly 100 psi at redline.  It's a pretty linear curve.
