Front o2 Voltage? 2.50

Is My Front o2 voltage always suppoest to read 2.50 volts? I'm getting really bad gas mileage i think.  15 bucks to 100km.?

:? yep that sure is crappy milage, even with 94 octane.

How and when are you measuring the voltage?
