What Brake Pads would you recommend?
« on: February 07, 2004, 05:25:53 pm »
Not too sure if a similiar post has been done or not. If so just leave a link to the thread. or tell me to search for it :)

Okay. its time to change my front brake pads. Want pads that are good at stopping, reasonably priced and last for a while. Any suggestions. I also dont want them to eat at my rotors.
Oh yeah, I got AEM slotted and cross-drilled rotors up front, need good pads to go with em.
Reason I'm askin is because my lazy ass would just go to Canadian Tire and pick up whatever brand of pads they give me.

Thanks in advance.

I have ceramic Raybestos pads on mine with slotted rotors. A little noisy every now and again but work very well.

For some strange reason my metalmasters don't bite as hard as my stock pads.   Maybe it's telling me to get SS brake lines?!

Lordco could get me front rotors for $22 a piece.
No big loss there.
