well the cost is $1200.00 and i got it from Oversea's Auto parts.  keep in mind that i am working on getting a discount at this place and it will be from 20 to 25% off.

i had only paid $600.00 ty to ICBC.........

Pffffffffffft... 1200?  holy fuck!  I'm starting to like the look of a cast iron hood!  lol.. sheet.. thats alot of money!  But iguess its worth it!  600 is better than 1200.  Wow tho.. :?:

i think there was a local that was selling the 1ga hoods for like $600.  Forget who it was, they were using Frasers hood for a mold, does anyone know what happened to that? Stephen's business, carbonfx makes 1ga hoods as well.  Dont know his pricing though.  $1200 seems a little steep to me.

He only does 1Gb, not 1Ga - Think he said $8 or 9 something - cant remember.

the fit is not to bad, there are places i wish it could have fit better.  now that it is on i am going to have to get hood pins, so when i am on the HWY it does not shake so much.
