Yeah It was pretty fun. Had a good time. Met a few of you guys. Although I think we should have better introductions for next time. (you know, for us new guys who came out for the first time) Saw so many of you guys but only met about 4 or so.

I agree Charn, its hard to meet people.  We all know the major players here on the board, but putting a face to the people is a different thing altogeather.  I only know about a double handful, maybe a bit more to see them and I have been with the club for over a year.  But thats the idea of the meets I guess :)

Charn, one thing to remember: people are there to meet poeple (hence it being a meet) so I doubt people would think it stupid or wierd if you went up and introduced yourself.  No sense in going to a meet to stand in the corner and watch the others interact.

What Jovan said.

I've been to as many meets as I could make it to since the 2nd FVT.  I just walk to people I don't recognize and "hey, I'm Mike Schmid, how's it going?"

Everyone is usually really friendly.  It is a "meet" and we're all there to put faces to names and see each other's cars in person, chat and generally have a good time.  No need to be shy  :)

I've said it before and I'll say it again, for any the members who are new or haven't been to any meets, come on out and let everyone know who you are.  Don't worry about being rejected or anything, we're a friendly group.  The only thing better than a BC DSM member is an active BC DSM member   :D
