For the O rings any lube should be good, a dab of white grease is probably ideal, but motor oil or wheel bearing grease is good too, just so it's not dry going in...

For the fitting, red threadlock eh?  Just use a torch on it, not like there's anything flamable in that line   :wink:

Disclaimer: if you use a torch on your fuel line fitting you deserve what you get
