its still releasing metered air into the atmosphere throwing your tune off, not good for your car, not good for fuel economy.. if you really want to hear your bov but don't want to do it properly buy an aftermarket bov, recirc it and run a cone filter of some sort.. you will hear it.

If you have no way to tune your car, venting a BOV to the atmosphere would not be a good idea.

even if he could tune it, its still releasing metered air into the atmosphere as he's running the stock maf.. to do it properly the air needs to be measured after the bov.

and not directed to recirc back into the 2g intake pipe so the bov blast travels back through the maf (don't cut the internal recirc extention tube inside the 2g intake.....) this will cause rich condition on throttle release.

Instead of the hearing the BOV     get a farting muffler.(aka Fart Can mufflers)/.
That will get attention.

Then he sounds like every other ricer and there grandma , at least with a BOV it leads people to believe that he could potentially make more power then the average bear ,  : )
